Calling all vegetarians! If you want something other than salads for lunch, FLOW Jakarta’s Chef Ubay has created an exciting new meat-free option to add to the restaurant’s wide array of menu.
FLOW’s Vegetarian Taco is overfilling with fresh lettuce, baked beans, sauteed onion, bell pepper, and in lieu of meat, Chef Ubay uses sweet tempe as protein. The heaping pile is later then topped with mayonnaise and a dollop of sour cream and served with young mango salsa and tomato pico de gallo. Perfect to be enjoyed for lunch, or as a side to nibble with friends.
The bar & restaurant will add more vegetarian options soon, but for now, we are happy to chomp on this one!
