New Chef De Cuisine Hugo Bertolini At C’s Steak And Seafood Restaurant

After 13 years in professional kitchens, Chef Hugo brings his talents to C’s menu to feature several new items for patrons to relish at lunch and dinner. The new set of rotating lunch menus are also offered with five diverse, enticing menus which are available from November 2016, Monday through Friday. To welcome the festive season, Chef Hugo will also lead the culinary team at C’s as they showcase festive selections, catering to diners looking to enjoy a blissful Christmas dinner.

Diners can enjoy more seafood variety and healthy food selections on C’s new menu, emphasising sustainable, fresh and local produce, as well as meat and seafood that meet the highest standards of quality.

C’s new menu items, such as mussels parmesan and healthy new food options such as clam and seabass ceviche, are offered to indulge diners with exciting new flavours from Chef Hugo Bertolini. However, patrons are also still able to be pampered by fresh meat and seafood options such as mixed grilled meats, fried lamb rice and crab cakes, tomahawk wagyu which are signature C’s dishes.

The new rotating set lunch menus present delicacies and healthy options for all diners: meat and seafood lovers, vegetarians and those with gluten-free diets. Diners can indulge in mouthwatering dishes such as grilled Australian lamb chops with rosemary glaze and potato gratin; breaded prawns with remoulade and tomato-corn salad and gratinated scallops with seasonal greens and lemon dressing.

Vegetarians can choose from a variety of healthy food options such as heirloom tomato carpaccio with salad greens and balsamic, or wok-fried tofu and mushrooms with oyster sauce and steamed rice.

For those with gluten-free diets, offerings include smoked salmon salad with citrus dressing; crab and avocado salad and freshly-caught fish tartar with seasonal greens and chilli-lemon dressing. To tempt those with a sweet tooth, our pastry chef will present a selection of delicious desserts, including freshly baked apple tarts with whipped cream and raspberry tarts with crème anglaise.

Rotating set lunch menus will be available Monday through Friday beginning 1 November 2016, priced at IDR 220,000++ for two courses or IDR 320,000++ for three courses.

Offering joyous Christmas feasts this season, C’s Steak and Seafood restaurant will indulge diners with delightful festive favourites and gourmet presentations. Fresh salmon, lobster and roasted meats will be complemented by festive highlights such as homemade French foie gras terrine, salmon carpaccio and roasted pumpkin soup for appetisers; traditional oven-roasted turkey, slow-braised lamb shank and lobster Thermidor with double cream sauce for main courses and Christmas yule log, white chocolate parfait and eggnog ice cream for desserts — all available for dinner on 25 December 2016.
