Originally one of the main dishes of imperial court during the Ming Dynasty, Ya Yuan duck carries the tradition that dates back hundreds of centuries ago. The 2.5 Kilogram Beijing duck is carefully selected from a farm that is dedicated to the authenticity and tastiness of this mighty fine imperial cuisine. Beijing duck is fed in a special way that it accumulates balanced distribution of lean meat and natural fat. Think Kobe beef, for those who love a good slab of meat.
Chef Yuan will be bringing his specialty exclusively to JIA and will feature authentic hang-grilling duck method that is known for centuries in China. Ya Yuan Peking Duck goes through a meticulous process to make sure that the finished product is only the finest Peking Duck experience that guests will ever taste.
Ya Yuan Peking duck adopts the use of Jujube wood for duck roasting, and with 70 minutes of cooking time, the technique that is used can always be maintained to guarantee the freshness and juiciness of the duck meat. The special menu that will be presented by Chef Yuan includes Golden Peking Duck, Deep-fried Duck heart with chili oil, and Beijing-style chicken with Sweet Soya Bean sauce.
