Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta has announced the appointment of Carina Tan as Director of Commerce; having joined the property in 2014 Ms. Tan has successfully led the Catering and Group Sales function achieving impressive results in a challenging market. In her new role Mrs. Tan will be responsible for aspects of sales and revenue generation for the property.
Graduating with a major in Travel and Tourism Management in Singapore, Mrs. Tan secured a BSc in Multimedia and Software Development from Kolej Damansara Utama in Kuala Lumpur before returning to Indonesia to pursue her first passion; hotel sales.
