Surabaya, Mei 2017 – Having the opportunity to be visited by two Hungarian most known master chef, JW Marriott Surabaya proudly welcome this two talented chef. Their arrival mark the opening of Taste of Hungary series that will be held on May 6th to May 8th 2017.
Up close and personal to the masterchefs that’ve been well known for their magic hands, Chef Albin Timar begin his culinary career through his love for food and the art of serving. Long before strenghten his name in culinary world, Chef Albin Timar master the art of serving and customer service in restaurant business just before deciding to work behind the bar as chef. He admits his appreciation toward the art of service deliver him to even more appreciate the process of food preparation and change his whole perspective about the food itself. His brilliant career start on 2005 when he succeded to won the Bronz Medal on International Culinary Competition individually and continue his remarkable career with achieving many more awards, such as Silver medal and others.
Different from his peers Chef Albin Timar, Chef Atila Timar is a true Culinary Artist. Starting his career with numerous awards, his career path begin on 2010 when he won a Silver Medal on Villeroy & Boch Culinary World Cup and become an opening ceremony of another prestigious award such as Bronz Medal on IKA Culinary Olympics and participate on plenty other awards until today. Now Chef Atila Timar wrote his name as one of Hungarian National Team Members as a Captain and has shown his exceptional skill to the world.
Both of them will collaborating together on their visit to JW Marriott Surabaya, not just showing their excellence skill performanceon cooking Hungarian food, these two materchefs also will be invited to experience the beauty of Surabaya city. JW Marriott Surabaya will also show Surabaya’s delicacy to both of them. These two masterchefs claim to be more than excited to shares Taste of Hungary to the world.
