This September, H&M Studio released A/W18 women’s clothing collection, themed “Neo Noir Chic” and inspired by the 90s series “Twin Peaks”. The aesthetics of dream logic is very visible in this collection which looks like it was taken from a classic wardrobe. The 50s film icon, with its age-defining appearance, gives a sense of nostalgia to produce the right woolen dress, and multi-layered coats, denim jackets, strong jeans turn-ups, and grunge-infused viscose. Comfortable and hairy knitwear and elegant neck-tie blouses are also an important part of this collection.
“With the H&M Studio collection, we really like the game between feminine and masculine. This year, we added the impression of the 50s – there is an ultra-feminine option combined with masculine details and super-classic pieces which invite you to create your own distinctive look,” said Pernilla Wohlfahrt, H&M’s Design Director.
The collection, which consists of clothing, shoes, and accessories, will be available for purchase online and at selected stores starting on September 6, 2018.
