Chef Miati has been trained under chefs at many top-rated Michelin Star restaurants/hotel and experienced as a guest chef at the Kempinski Beijing in 2001. She is responsible for the hotel’s banquet and catering, which can cater for up to 3000 people for high – profile corporate and social events.
