3. Sushi Masa
A new sushi restaurant located hidden in Perikanan Samudera Nizam Zachman Fish Market and Port, Muara Baru, serving fresh sushi and sashimi. You have to spare time and visit the restaurant by car, but it will be worth the time. Most of the ingredients are imported from Japan and has great quality.

4. OKU Japanese Restaurant
OKU serves traditional Japanese dishes with modern twist. Besides the high quality ingredients, this restaurant is famous for its excellent food presentations. The fine dining restaurant is located inside Kempinski Hotel Indonesia.

5. Umaku Shusi Resto
Located a little outside Jakarta, or at Cibubur to be exact, Umaku Suhsi is a small restaurant that offers variety of traditional and fushion sushi. Umaku also offers a fun experience called ‘omakase’ in Japan which means ‘leave the selection to the chef’ with affordable price.

Tatemukai at Grand Indonesia only serves fine dining omakase on sushi bar seatings. Here you can witness the chefs’ great skills in handling high quality ingredients. One omakase session includes up to 15 courses, but you can ask the chef to stop serving the food when you are full and get a little price cut.
