If you’re familiar of the way the bakmi in Makassar is like, than you have an idea what this bakmi is like; with large cuts of boiled chicken and roasted pork. 2. Bakmi Karet Krekot
A simple Bakmi Ayam Karet (‘rubber’ noodles), that got the name from its slightly larger and chewier than usual noodles, topped with shredded chicken and green onions, and served with a serving of fragrant chicken broth. Simple yet incredibly satisfying.

4. Pangsit Mie Palu

5. Bakmi Siantar Ko’ Fei
Bakmi Siantar is a special kind of noodle from Siantar, North Sumatra, where mie keriting (curly noodle) is topped with a mix of chicken and also pork toppings.
