Every Hard Rock Cafe in the world, has their own signature burgers. And every year, this worldwide restaurant chain celerbrate their love of burgers with a World Burger Tour where each restaurant brings in several signature burgers from other parts of the world.
This year’s Hard Rock Cafe World Burger line up consist of 5 burgers, and except for one vegetarian burger, all of the burgers use an meat only 8oz Certified Angus Beef® patty in all of them.
First, there’s the English Breakfast Burger from London, England, where the meat patty is topped with sliced ham, sausage patty, fried egg, Portobello mushroom, arugula and garlic aioli and served with a side of baked beans.
From the East Asian territory, Seoul contributes with Kimchi Burger with Sriracha-seasoned kimchi, bulgogi sauce, fresh tomato and lettuce and Sriracha mayo.
From the Americas, there’s the Tango Salsa Burger from Buenos Aires, Argentina with andouille sausage, Certified Angus Beef®, salsa criolla, garlic aioli, Monterey jack cheese, fresh arugula and fried egg to top off the burger.
As mentioned before, vegetarians can also dive in with the Spinach & Chickpea Burger from New Delhi, India. Purely vegetarian, the patty is made of spinach, potatoes, chili peppers, cilantro, chickpeas and spices, topped with arugula, tomato, cucumber and a spiced yogurt sauce.
Last but not least, from Barcelona, Spain comes Olé Burger with red peppered Romesco sauce, roasted vegetables, with goat cheese crumbles and arugula, dancing on a Certified Angus Beef® and between a toasted bun.
