When visiting the 41 years old authentic Japanese restaurant, Keyaki, at Sari Pan Pacific Hotel, you will find some new mouthwatering menu available to be indulged this year. All the dishes are exquisitely crafted by the chef Masami Okamoto and team.
For starters, there will be three new options; Salmon Taru-taru Shooter, Foie Grass Masu Sushi, and Hiyashi Tomato & Beef Tataki. We highly recommend the Foie Grass Masu Sushi, which beautifully presented in a small wooden MASU box. Lies beneath is sushio rice with a smooth and creamy grilled duck liver and Teriyaki sauce for a sweet dip.
Their new selections of the main course will definitely take you to another side of Japanese heaven with their fresh and high-quality ingredients. All the sashimi fans out there would totally dig the fresh and raw Sakura Sashimi Moriawase which consists of 8 kinds of lobster, Toro, and Botan Shrimp.
Another highlight would be Robata Moriawase, a mix of grilled king crab, scallop and cod fish altogether in a huge bowl of hot Miso soup. Mushroom and gingko nuts serve as sides along with Robata spicy sauce. The heart-warming dish is a perfect match for this wet season. You will be also to try Yasai Tonpei Yaki and Cold Fish & Chip Keyaki Style as the main course.
