As Raffles celebrates 130 years of festive tradition, enjoy ‘12 Days Before Christmas’ special four-course Lunch Set menu at Arts Café from 12 – 23 December 2017 with friends and family.
Leading up to Christmas, nostalgic dishes of the season and signature dishes from Raffles all around the world will be prepared by the new Executive Chef Matias Ayala and his culinary brigade.
Great selections are available so everyone can savor the festive lunch. For the appetizer, there are excellent choices of Seared Escalope of Foie Gras and Chicken Liver Parfait, Beetroot Cured Salmon Gravlax, and Christmas Quinoa and Feta Cheese Salade.
The main course highlights several high-quality proteins with varieties of codfish, duck breast, turkey breast and lamb cutlet. Pasta Gnocchi with parmesan cream and white truffle oil is also available for the main course. The exceptional lunch is completed with a choice of dessert between all time favorite Classical Steamed Christmas Pudding and New York Style Maple Cheese Cake.
